You don’t need to use an expensive international return service — the item can be sent to one of our returns centres using whichever postal service you prefer, with no return handling fee from us. Not as expected, look and feel super cheap made out of polyester

These are lightweight cycling caps designed to be worn comfortably while riding and under a helmet, and the polyester construction is listed in the product description. We appreciate the feedback on the look and feel, though, and will take it on board.
The jersey seemed to be very good quality and I like the graphics. However it was much too small. I returned it for exchange as you directed but have not heard anything back from you. It’s been about two weeks since I mailed it back, again, following you instructions.

The color is totally wrong represented in the web shop. Instead of greyish patterns with slight blue/purple tint, it is actually bright purple pattern. The fabric is ok.

Some variation can occur between screens and production batches, but the product should still reasonably match the images shown on our website. how to go foreard to send back and change in the correct size?

The jersey is of a rather good quality as is the printing. I usually wear XL and ordered XXL ... and did it well. The announced delivery time was quite long ... and was not respected.
