  • All returns must be approved before items are sent back
  • Return addresses and return labels are provided only after approval
  • Items returned without approval may not be processed or refunded
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Important Information About Returns

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval
  • Items must arrive no later than 31 days after the original delivery date
  • All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service
  • Approved returns may be directed to a local or regional return location, depending on your country

What Happens Next?

  • If approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and portal access
  • Returned items are inspected within 5 business days of receipt
  • Refunds or store credit are processed within 10 business days after inspection
