Il secondo, un completo UAE, avrebbe dovuto contenere una maglia e una salopette. É arrivata una maglia e un pantaloncino senza bretelle…!
Se per risparmiare poi bisogna prendere quello che decidono loro di mandarti, meglio ordinare da altri siti on line.

To be honest, this question could have been avoided if you had clearly indicated from the beginning that the order was being shipped from China, where the sizing and quality information is, in my opinion, highly questionable.
I selected a Medium based on a Medium-sized outfit I already own, as this is what a customer would reasonably expect when dealing with the standard universal sizing system of Small, Medium, Large, etc.
However, the Medium you supplied is nowhere near a European Medium. It is more comparable to a children’s size. How can you seriously expect customers to make the correct choice when the supposedly universal sizes do not correspond to standard European sizing?
This is not simply a matter of choosing the wrong size. The problem is that the sizing information provided is misleading and does not allow the customer to make an informed purchase.
Frankly, this is extremely disappointing and makes it difficult to take your company seriously. Clear and accurate sizing information, including a proper European size reference, should be a basic requirement when selling products to European customers.
In the hope of still receiving a kit in the correct size, I have already returned the incorrect one at my own expense, paying an additional €13 for the return shipping.
At this point, I am honestly very concerned about how this will be handled. To be frank, I have already lost hope that I will ever receive a kit in the correct size. This whole situation has already cost me €75, which is completely unacceptable for what should have been a straightforward purchase.
I was also given the opportunity to rate my experience. I gave one star, although honestly, even that felt too generous given how disappointed I am with the way this entire situation has been handled.
The color is totally wrong represented in the web shop. Instead of greyish patterns with slight blue/purple tint, it is actually bright purple pattern. The fabric is ok.

The jersey is of a rather good quality as is the printing. I usually wear XL and ordered XXL ... and did it well. The announced delivery time was quite long ... and was not respected.
