Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or which do not match the product description. To qualify:

  1. Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Complete our Returns Form at

  2. Ship the item at your cost so that it arrives at our New Zealand returns address no later than 31 days after delivery.

  3. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit the Returns Form:

  2. Enter your order number, select the item(s) to return, and upload clear photographs or video showing the fault or damage.

  3. Submit the form. You will receive an email acknowledgment with any additional instructions.

3. Shipping Your Return

  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes on export from your country.

  • Use a trackable service and retain proof of postage until your return is inspected.

4. Inspection & Refunds

  • We will inspect returned items within 5 business days of receipt and notify you by email of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days elapse without receipt, please contact us at info@vintagecycling.shop.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Items returned for reasons other than fault or damage (for example, simply changing your mind, wrong size or colour), unless we shipped the incorrect item

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, colour, or style. If you require a different item, please place a new order.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Not applicable. We only accept returns for faulty or damaged items and according to the process above.
