Salvarani was the Italian kitchen manufacturer that bankrolled one of the most formidable squads of the 1960s and early 1970s, with the incomparable Felice Gimondi as its crown jewel. Gimondi delivered the team its greatest glories, including his legendary 1965 Tour de France victory as a young neo-pro and a career that would eventually encompass all three Grand Tours. By 1972, the team was in its twilight years, but the vivid yellow and black livery still commanded respect in the peloton, a bold declaration of Italian craftsmanship both on and off the bike. This set faithfully captures that late-era Salvarani aesthetic — the striking contrast of sunshine yellow against deep black, with the brand name splashed unapologetically across chest and shorts.
