De Retro fietstrui van Magniarredo-Faces-Calze-Texcar droeg de kleuren van een opvallende Italiaanse sponsoralliantie die textiel- en meubelmerken samenbracht onder één pelotonvlag. Het gedurfde blauw-wit gestreepte ontwerp, onderbroken door opvallende rode accenten, viel op in de grupetto en vooraan in de wedstrijd.
