Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days and made ready for shipment.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery Times
Delivery times will depend on country, but will take a minimum of 5 days, but typically around to 7-10 days for deliveries to the UK, Europe, the United States and Canada. In some rare cases, deliveries could take up to two weeks.

Delivery Charges
Delivery is free of charge to the customer on all orders, unless express shipping has been paid. Express shipping rates depend on the order size (i.e. weight) and the delivery destination.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Vintage Cycling Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Vintage Cycling Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we encourage customers to first contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If this fails, please contact us at info@vintagecylcing.shop and we will endeavor to correct the issue.
