Reynolds Aluminio was one of the most iconic Spanish cycling teams of the 1980s, backed by the Zaragoza-based aluminium foil manufacturer and guided by the legendary directeur sportif José Miguel Echavarri. It was under this distinctive red and yellow banner that a young Pedro Delgado honed his climbing talents and a certain Miguel Indurain first turned professional, quietly beginning a journey that would lead to five consecutive Tour de France victories.
